063. salmon with basil and tomato taboule salad
thought i was going to not cook tonight, but i went for it.  am i glad i did.  made a taboule salad from a little box, then added some tomato and basil, freshly chopped, while i seared to perfection a salmon filet in the skillet.  served it all over a bed of baby spinach drizzled with grapeseed oil. served up with a steaming cup of starbuck’s via coffee with cinnamon vanilla creme… sounds girly but shit, i don’t care, it was great.
verdict: ZZZZZZZZOMFG! how good can one meal be?  it’s been a while since i had really seriously frickin’ good food and to be a dish that i made? HELL YES!  feeling good about meself today! :)company: alone.  no one to know just how damnably good it was.  forever aloooone! well, that’s an exaggeration, but shit, c’mon, it’d be nice if someone were around to verify that, today, i kick culinary ASS!
