078. thanksgiving tuna.

being pescatarian, thanksgiving is not a day of eating turkey (no tryptophan for us)…so the tradition is apparently tuna steaks. cooked rare, these babies were beautiful. made traditional fare as well - potatoes, mushroom gravy (homemade!), stuffing, cranberry sauce (whole berries, from a can)…served with wine for me, water for T.
